Terms of Service.

Any plot booking begins with a 25% token amount. The booking amount is non-refundable if the buyer does not complete the next payment within 30 days.

Plot registry will only take place once 100% payment is cleared. Registry charges, stamp duty and legal fees are payable by the buyer.

The possession letter will be issued within 15 working days after full payment and documentation are complete.

All legal disputes will be resolved exclusively within Lucknow jurisdiction.
